Zumba is a dance fitness programme founded by Alberto ‘Beto’ Perez. Lastly, I will share some tips for Zumba beginners to make your dance classes, virtual or not, more enjoyable. I’ll share with you several Zumba instructors that I have tried myself and my review of their classes. This article will give you a list of the benefits of doing Zumba fitness. Zumba was one of those activities for me.Īs a beginner at dance, you will definitely get steps wrong. One of the things that kept me going was finding an activity that I enjoyed and was so much fun. When I started out my fitness journey 10 years ago, I would be sweating buckets and out of breathe after a minute of warming up. This is why Zumba was a great fitness programme for me as a beginner. Whether I can follow steps in the right order, do it properly or to the beat, that’s a different story. With different genres of music in their playlist, it’s hard not to find music you can groove to. Zumba fitness is one of the ways people can stay active while having fun.
